Aaron Gracey - Managing Director
Aaron has 20 years’ experience in the disciplines of; organisational resilience; continuity planning and management; crisis management; risk and consequence awareness; business operations and management; organisational learning and staff development; business transformation through training and education interventions; evaluation and quality assurance.
Aaron has been involved in conducting business impact analysis, training needs analysis and evaluation of strategic business resilience planning and management across government sectors, focussing of developing resilience capability within teams and organisations. His most recent task has been looking at the strategic resilience capability of a government department and advising on how to develop it to be more responsive and effective.
Aaron has advised the Cabinet Office and the Ministry of Defence on the development of the national standard for Organisational Resilience and the implementation of Strategic Resilience Management for the UK. He is currently researching a PhD in Organisational Resilience, looking at how to develop greater capability through better staff engagement, development and education. He is trained in the JESIP (Joint Emergency Services Interoperability Programme) principles and has been crisis management trained by the UK Military, Cabinet Office and the Rail Industry.
Aaron has an MSc in strategic leadership and business management, an MA international politics and strategic relations and a PGCE in adult education. He is also an adult educator for the MoD and a visiting lecturer to Birmingham and Bournemouth Universities.
Eve Robinson - Workforce Performance Consultant
Eve Robinson has extensive experience within Social Services support mechanisms to support young people and vulnerable individuals coping with difficult circumstances. She has worked within Drug and Alcohol education, support and rehabilitation teams and Social care support, with a particular focus on post adoption support and foster care.
Her roles within local authorities have enabled Eve to obtain a thorough understanding of the need for individuals to build personal resilience and the support required from their managers and organisations. She has recently been involved in the development and delivery of a training programme for independent foster care agencies to help build awareness of the impact of Drug and Alcohol Misuse on young people, and strategies to build resilience within the caring environment.
Through the combination of her NLP practitioner skills and a BA(Hons) in Social Work and BA(Hons) in Business Management, Eve delivers training events focused on the application of theory and policy grounded in reality. Her professional experience enables her to deliver training with a first-hand understanding of the impact of strengths gained from developing a personal and team approach to building resilience.
Dr Sabine Pitcher - Workforce Development Consultant
Dr Sabine Pitcher has extensive senior leadership and management experience within the UK and international education sectors. She has a proven track record of delivering tailored learning solutions for students and organisations.
As the Head of Faculty for Student Support Services at the London based City Lit Education facility, she managed 3 departments, leading over 50 specialist staff and managed an annual budget of £1.5m. She was responsible for the development and implementation of the institute’s service strategy while managing teams through significant change programmes caused by funding reductions and strategic realignment of products.
Fluent in English and German, Dr Sabine Pitcher has also occupied the role of Head of Student Resources Centre at the University of Bremen. During her role she designed the Bachelor in Psychology degree programme, provided guidance to PhD and Master students and developed business support processes. In this role Dr Pitcher also led an inter-disciplinary research project into the psychological impact of job insecurity and job loss, across five European nations and with a budget of €2m.
Dr Sabine Pitcher has a PhD in Psychology from the University of Bremen, Level 7 Diploma in Business Strategy and speaks German, English and French languages. She also provides strategic guidance and direction to the Veterans’ charity Hire a Hero.
