SQUARED APPLES, working with the Resilience Association, aims to bring the next conference event for the resilience leaders and practitioner communities. The all day session aims to pull together individuals from across the globe to discuss the importance of developing resilience to prepare industry and business for a disrupted future landscape.
The speakers, a blend of senior business, intelligence and academic subject matter experts, will examine the need to be flexible in high intensity, complex environments which require complex decisions to be made in a very limited timeframe, and the importance of effective, timely and reliable communications to support this.
SQUARED APPLES will be hosting one of the Round Table events, supporting the Resilience Association's aim of building professional awareness and education events to enhance the level of knowledge across the global resilience community.

SQUARED APPLES MD Dr Aaron Gracey discussed the need to prepare for future large disruptive events. Focusing on the financial sector, firms are currently experiencing their first large-scale event since 2008. The pandemic has accelerated the pace of cultural change, as the majority of workers had no option but to work from home, therefore, exposing firms to higher levels of risk to their operational resilience framework.
