Course Design

As part of your development program for enhancing your resilience levels, you may be looking for a learning solution that is created in line with your requirements, or a bespoke learning intervention to address a particular need that has been identified through a review of current practices and procedures.  


SQUARED APPLES LDAs offers a unique blend of knowledge (obtained through academic and practitioner education), skills and experience for the design of the required learning solution.  Our LDAs adopt a systematic approach to learning design, also known as the SAT (systems approach to training) methodology, to analyse and identify what your staff need to know. This process examines the experience, knowledge, skills and behaviours that staff need to demonstrate within role, and designs the learning solution accordingly.

 

Our LDAs will work closely with your appointed leads to create the course design, lesson plans and any instructional materials that you require, depending on the agreed learning solution.  Our LDAs work closely with media and content professionals to bring you the optimal blend of physical media (course folders, handouts and other materials), digital products and eLearning.
