We are in the performance business, not the knowledge gain business. The learning leaders who understand the difference are the ones who succeed.

I note with interest your links and involvement with Cabinet Office on resilience. I have been in the resilience community hear and the middle east for 20+ years. Maybe you can get through to the Cabinet office that 40% of social housing lies with management companies, who have no duty of care, thus no imperative to plan for major incidents. I'm currently assisting a housing association with 40,000 properties, over 36 Local authority areas to get up to speed. I am but one consultant, you have the links and influence to ensure all housing associations and management companies who have almost half the vulnerable citizens in England within their reach, but do not come under the CCA (2004) This is a vast management training need. You do need to explore innovate and capture this when the Grenfell Tower inquiry outcomes are published.

  • Attendee at Orange Grove event - Milton Keynes (Monday, May 09 16 12:28 am BST)

This subject is new to me, I know of the problems but have not been involved in this area, but it is very interesting and it has enabled to me to research more in depth.

Aaron's support and insight and expertise was instrumental in helping me launch a recent conference that had been 4 months in the planning stage. During the conference, both of the team were
invaluable in adding excellent insight and contributions throughout the day. The professionalism and expertise of the subject matter they presented really added value with a fresh look on the concept
of Organisational Resilience from Aaron. Also presented was the emotional impact session from his colleague Eve - a must have presentation for anyone considering the human impact of resilience on the
    workforce.

I would highly recommend the team from Squared Apples for any consultancy or event without hesitation. They are one of the best consultancy teams in the business.

  • Attendee at Training Event for Redbridge London event (Sunday, May 01 16 01:23 am BST)

I gained a lot of knowledge and information to support young people

  • Attendee at Training Event for Redbridge (Sunday, May 01 16 01:21 am BST)

Interesting sessions – additional info eg websites, Ask Frank, very helpful. Exploration of symptoms and effects of substance misuse very detailed

The advice and help i received from the Squared Apple team was second to none. Updating my CV to enhance my strengths. Once it was complete my second job application was successful in getting me to
Interview stage. I can't rate them highly enough.
